We are a group of ladies who come from diverse backgrounds, have uniquely different stories, but yet have one amazing thing that draws us together...our love and passion for Jesus!

It is our joy as a team to provide a time and place where women can come away from the demands of life to rest, to connect, to be inspired and encouraged in the Lord, wherever they are on their journey of life.

Meet Michelle

Michelle Bentley is the founder of Spiritual Refreshing, she’s also a children’s book author, speaker and lover of all things Jesus!

Aside from being a mama to her four grown sons, she finds great joy in providing opportunities for women to connect with God and each other.

Established in 2011, Spiritual Refreshing has been hosting retreats and gatherings that encourage, inspire and space to connect deeply with God and other like minded women.

We are continually in awe of how God meets us powerfully, bringing deep restoration, healing and refreshment to the minds, bodies, and souls of everyone who attends our retreats and gatherings.
